How It Works

These coaching programs can take place over the phone or in person. They consist of a two hour intake session and six 45 minute sessions. I provide unlimited email support between sessions.

Each week you will have “homework.” Some weeks it will require doing and other times it may involve simply noticing an internal reflection. Throughout each of these programs, we will be working as co-active partners, where you will have the ability to bring what’s most important to you to our sessions.

The cost of these programs are $900, payable in 3 monthly installments of $300, to make payments more convenient. There are a limited number of scholarships available for those who qualify. You can pay by credit card, cash, or check.

These individualized coaching programs are not for everyone.
